Surah Al-Qamar, Verse 1

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٱقْتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ وَٱنشَقَّ ٱلْقَمَرُ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailDͻnhwere no abεn, na bosome no mu apae.

وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ ءَايَةً يُعْرِضُوا۟ وَيَقُولُوا۟ سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailNa sε wͻhunu nsεnkyerεnee bi a wͻtwe wͻn ho (fri ho), na wͻka sε: ”Woi yε nkonyaa anaa naadaasεm a εbɛtwa mu“.

وَكَذَّبُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailWͻfa no atorɔsɛm, na wͻdi wͻn apεdeε hunu akyi. Na asεm biara wͻ ne berε.

مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى ٱلدَّاعِ يَقُولُ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailWͻde mmirika tεntε na εbεkͻ Ɔfrεfoͻ no hͻ. (Saa Da no) boniayεfoͻ no bεka sε: ”Saa Da yi yε Ɛda a emu yε den! “

كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ فَكَذَّبُوا۟ عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا۟ مَجْنُونٌ وَٱزْدُجِرَ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailNoa nkorͻfoͻ dii wͻn anim kan buu Y’akoa no ᴐtorofo. Wͻkaa sε: “Bͻdamfoͻ.“ Wͻkasa tiaa no, hunahunaa no, poo no.

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّى مَغْلُوبٌ فَٱنتَصِرْ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailYεmaa nsuwa-nsuwa nso puee wͻ asaase no so, na (ͻsoro ne asaase so) nsuo no hyia bͻͻ mu sεdeε yɛahyehyε ato hͻ no.

فَقَالُوٓا۟ أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَٰحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِذًا لَّفِى ضَلَٰلٍ وَسُعُرٍ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailDeε wͻkaeε ne sε: “Onipa baako pε a ͻwͻ yεn mu na yɛnni n’akyi? Nokorε sε, εneε na yεwͻ ͻyera ne abͻdamsεm paa mu.

أَءُلْقِىَ ٱلذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِنۢ بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailEnti yεn (dodoͻ yi) mu no, ͻno nko ara na εsεsε yεde Afutusεm no ma no? Daabi, ͻyε nkontomponi, asoͻden (nipa)”.

سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ ٱلْكَذَّابُ ٱلْأَشِرُ

إِنَّا مُرْسِلُوا۟ ٱلنَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَٱرْتَقِبْهُمْ وَٱصْطَبِرْ

وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ ٱلْمَآءَ قِسْمَةٌۢ بَيْنَهُمْ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailNa ka kyerε wͻn sε, yɛakyε nsuo no mu ama (wͻn ne yoma no), obiara bεkͻ nsuo no mu wͻ ne berε (a yɛahyε ama no) mu.

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailNokorε sε, Yεsomaa nteamu baako pε na εbaa wͻn soͻ, na wͻbεyεε gͻsͻͻ tesε mmabaa a awoͻ na abubu asin-asin a εwͻ mmoa adidieε.

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailNokorε sε Yεsomaa aboͻ nsuo tͻ guu wͻn so, gyesε Lut abusuafoͻ nko ara (na asotwee no bi anka wͻn), Yεgyee wͻn wͻ anadwo a etwa toᴐ no mu.

نِّعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى مَن شَكَرَ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun Ismail(Ɛyε) adom a ɛfiri Yεn hͻ. Saa ara na Yɛtua wͻn a wͻyi (Nyankopͻn) ayε no ka.

وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا۟ بِٱلنُّذُرِ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailAmpa sε (Lut) bͻͻ wͻn kͻkͻ wͻ Y’asotwee no ho, nanso wͻn adwen ansi wͻn pi wͻ kͻkͻ bͻ no ho.

وَلَقَدْ رَٰوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِۦ فَطَمَسْنَآ أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ

Akan Translation (Asante) - Harun IsmailAmpa sε wͻpεε sε wͻhwim n’ahͻhoͻ firi ne nsam. Na Yɛfiraa wͻn ani (kaa sε): “Ɛneε monka M’asotwee ne Me kͻkͻbͻ no nhwε “.

وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ

أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَآءَةٌ فِى ٱلزُّبُرِ
