لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّا وَلَا ذِمَّةً وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ
Saheeh International(10) They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterThey do not honor the ties of kinship or treaties with regard to the believers. It is they who are the transgressors.
