ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
Saheeh International(62) Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
