Surah Al-Hijr, Verse 2

رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ

Saheeh International(2) Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish[669] that they had been Muslims.
