ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
Saheeh International(9) To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh, over all things, is Witness.[1897]
English Translation - Rowwad Translation Centerto Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and earth, and Allah is Witness over all things.
