Surah Al-Furqaan, Verse 43

أَرَءَيْتَ مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَٰهَهُۥ هَوَىٰهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَكِيلًا

Saheeh International(43) Have you seen the one who takes as his god his own desire? Then would you be responsible for him?
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterHave you [O Prophet] seen the one who takes his desire as his god, will you then be a keeper over him?
English Translation - Hilali and Khan43. Have you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) seen him who has taken as his ilâh (god) his own vain desire? Would you then be a Wakîl (a disposer of his affairs or a watcher) over him?
