وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ ٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِـَٔادَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ
Saheeh International(116) And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except Iblees;[864] he refused.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterWhen We said to the angels, “Prostrate before Adam,” they all prostrated, except Iblīs[44], who refused.
English Translation - Hilali and Khan116. And (remember) when We said to the angels: "Prostrate yourselves to Adam." They prostrated themselves (all) except Iblîs (Satan) he refused.
