تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
Saheeh International(4) The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.[1955]
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterOn that night the angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend by their Lord’s permission with all decrees[2].
English Translation - Hilali and Khan4. Therein descend the angels and the Rûh [Jibrîl (Gabrîl)] by Allâh’s Permission with all Decrees,
