فَلَا صَدَّقَ وَلَا صَلَّىٰ
Saheeh International(31) And he [i.e., the disbeliever] had not believed, nor had he prayed.

English Translation - Hilali and Khan31. So he (the disbeliever) neither believed (in this Qur’ân and in the Message of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) nor prayed!
