Surah Yaseen, Verse 70

لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

Saheeh International(70) To warn whoever is alive[1280] and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation Centerso that he may warn those who are truly alive[20] and establish the argument against the disbelievers.
English Translation - Hilali and Khan70. That he or it (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم or the Qur’ân) may give warning to him who is living (a healthy minded - the believer), and that Word (charge) may be justified against the disbelievers (dead, as they reject the warnings).
