وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟ بُهْتَٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
Saheeh International(58) And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned [i.e., deserved] have certainly borne upon themselves a slander and manifest sin.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterThose who abuse believing men and women[49] for something they did not commit, will bear the burden of slander and flagrant sin.
English Translation - Hilali and Khan58. And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, they bear (on themselves) the crime of slander and plain sin.
