وَلَقَدِ ٱسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِينَ سَخِرُوا۟ مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ
Saheeh International(41) And already were messengers ridiculed before you, but those who mocked them were enveloped by what they used to ridicule.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterIndeed, there were messengers before you who were ridiculed, but those who mocked them were encompassed by what they used to ridicule.
English Translation - Hilali and Khan41. Indeed, (many) Messengers were mocked before you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), but the scoffers were surrounded by that, whereat they used to mock.
