وَأَرْسَلْنَا ٱلرِّيَٰحَ لَوَٰقِحَ فَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُمُوهُ وَمَآ أَنتُمْ لَهُۥ بِخَٰزِنِينَ
Saheeh International(22) And We have sent the fertilizing winds[673] and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers.
English Translation - Rowwad Translation CenterAnd We send fertilizing winds[9], and send down rain from the sky for you to drink, and it is not you who could store it.
English Translation - Hilali and Khan22. And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then cause the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We give it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like].
